6. Orders & Contract Formation
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation indicating that the order has been shipped.

7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must wait until delivery and then follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
