1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within our delivery regions. Expedited shipping options may also be available during checkout for an additional fee.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment. We do not charge hidden handling or processing fees.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent.

Processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. Delivery Times

Following dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, seasonal demand, and other logistical factors.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full shipment tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take several days to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated within 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment on your behalf.


5. Fulfilment & Logistics

To provide efficient delivery and maintain product availability, orders may be fulfilled through operational centres located in the United States, China, and Germany, depending on stock availability, destination, and routing efficiency. Regardless of fulfilment location, all products undergo the same strict quality control procedures before shipment to ensure consistent standards across every order.

This fulfilment network allows us to route orders through the most appropriate logistics channels and deliver products as efficiently as possible.

All orders are shipped in reinforced, tamper-evident packaging designed to protect products throughout transit.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered within Germany, customers generally will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

If international shipping options become available, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. Such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We strive to provide clear information and avoid unexpected charges whenever possible.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a significant delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the situation, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

To help us investigate delivery issues quickly, please include your order number and any relevant information when contacting customer support.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the information before the order is dispatched.

Once a parcel has entered transit, delivery addresses generally cannot be changed or redirected.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided during checkout, we will arrange for the order to be reshipped free of charge once the parcel has been returned to our logistics network.
